FMP - FINAL PROJECT PROPOSAL

This is my FINAL version of my project proposal.

Due to the circumstances under which I completed this project, my original ideas and hopes for it needed to be revisited. In order to avoid confusion, I updated my project proposal slightly to accommodate for the changes out of my control and the ones I needed to make to compensate.
