Altered States - InDesign Workshop

As a follow on from the previous workshop (Working with the Grid), we took a selection of our work so far and used our new knowledge on layout to present it within the format of a small zine.

To make this zine, we used Adobe InDesign.

I have never felt particularly confident with InDesign, since I have always viewed it as an overly complicated software with too many steps to achieve simple tasks. After this workshop, I do feel that I can see more of the benefits of using InDesign, as well as being able to use it a little bit easier.

Since this task was more about layout and demonstrating an understanding of the software, I felt that for the text it would be best to use placeholder text (Lorem ipsum).
